Here are easy steps for you to subscribe and get updated about your friends on Myspace:

1. Login to your Myspace account.
   
   
2. Find the "Friend Updates" area which can be seen at the center column of your page.
   
   
3. Click the text "here" found in the sentence "Click here to edit your subscription preferences."
   
   
4. Put a check on the box of your friend's profile to subscribe. You can also put a check on the box with the text "Select/Deselect All" to include or exclude all your friends in your subscription.
